Build the platform for cognitive edge
Primacy sits at the intersection of performance science, coaching, and product design. We are building a small, sharp team around that mission, starting with a community role that helps members turn insight into action.
Mission
Help people measure, understand, and improve cognitive performance with more rigor than guesswork.
Environment
Cross-functional, fast-moving, and product-led, with science and user outcomes shaping the roadmap.
Focus
We care about measurable impact, clear communication, and building systems people trust enough to use every day.

Open roles
We're building a small, focused team. If a role here resonates, we'd love to hear from you.
Community Manager
Lead the Primacy community — from onboarding new members and facilitating data-driven conversations to programming AMAs with our Science Advisory Board and running cohort-based performance experiments. This role is for someone who can turn cognitive performance data into meaningful connections and help members see, share, and act on their results.
Role Snapshot
What you will own
Community strategy and daily operations — member onboarding journeys, engagement programming, moderation, and the rhythm of conversation across all Primacy touchpoints. You'll design and run cohort experiments (e.g., 3-week sauna, cold therapy, or cardio protocols) where members track their Primacy Score together and share results. You'll also organize AMA sessions with Science Advisory Board members and external experts in cognitive performance, sleep science, and human optimization.
What matters most
Data literacy — you need to understand what Primacy Score, DCTT, HRV, and recovery metrics mean and help members interpret their own data. Strong writing and the ability to translate complex science into accessible conversation. The judgment to maintain Primacy's evidence-first culture — no hype, no fabricated claims, just honest data and real discussion.
Good fit signals
Experience building or managing communities around health, performance, quantified self, or science-driven products. Comfort with data — you don't need to be a scientist, but you should be curious about what the numbers mean. Track record of creating engagement through programming (challenges, cohorts, events, AMAs) rather than just moderation. Bonus: familiarity with wearables (Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch), nootropics, or cognitive performance.
