These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PRIMACY Protocol Dashboard (the "Dashboard"), a digital platform owned and operated by Primacy Industries ("PRIMACY", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account and using the Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Dashboard.
The Dashboard is an integral part of the PRIMACY system. The Dashboard is an integral part of the PRIMACY system. Its purpose is to provide you with a platform to: Log your adherence to the APEX and RESET protocols. Securely connect your third-party wearable devices to sync your biometric data. Visualize your performance and recovery trends over time. Receive data-driven insights from our Correlation Engine to help you optimize your protocol. This is a high-performance tool designed for informational and educational purposes only.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information updated.
Your trust is our most valuable asset. We are committed to radical transparency in how we handle your data.
What We Collect: When you connect a wearable device (e.g., Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Watch) via our secure API integration partner (e.g., Terra API), we access specific biometric data points such as sleep stages, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), and Resting Heart Rate (RHR). We also collect the subjective data you manually enter in the "Protocol Log" (e.g., Perceived Focus, Stress Levels). How We Use It: This data is used for your benefit. Our Correlation Engine analyzes it to provide you with the personalized "Protocol Diagnostics" and performance insights displayed on your private dashboard. Your individual, identifiable data is never shared with or sold to any third party.
The Mission: To advance the science of human performance and continuously improve the PRIMACY system, we aggregate data from across our user base. The Process: Your data is stripped of all personally identifiable information (your name, email, etc.) and is combined with the data of thousands of other users into a completely anonymous, aggregated dataset.
Our Promise: This anonymous dataset is used for internal research and development. From time to time, we may share high-level statistical findings (e.g., "After 90 days on the RESET protocol, our user base showed an average 7% increase in HRV") with our Scientific Peer Review Board and in our marketing materials to demonstrate the efficacy of our system. Your individual data points will never be exposed.
Your Consent: By using the Dashboard and connecting your devices, you explicitly consent to the collection of your personal data for use within your private dashboard and to the inclusion of your anonymized data within our larger research dataset as described above.
Primacy offers an optional integration with Google Calendar. This section describes how we access, use, store, and share Google user data when you choose to connect your Google Calendar account.
When you connect your Google Calendar, we request read-only access using the following OAuth scopes:
calendar.events.readonly — view events on your calendars, including titles, descriptions, times, durations, locations, attendees, and free/busy statusWe do not request write access. We cannot create, modify, or delete any events on your Google Calendar.
Your Google Calendar data is used exclusively within the Primacy platform to provide schedule-aware features through our AI performance coach ("Kai"). Specifically:
Calendar events are synced every 30 minutes and stored in our encrypted database (AWS Aurora PostgreSQL with encryption at rest). Your OAuth refresh token is stored securely and is used solely to maintain the calendar connection. All stored calendar data is deleted immediately when you disconnect your Google Calendar from the integrations page.
We do not share, sell, lease, or transfer your Google Calendar data to any third party. Your calendar data is never used for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the features described above. Calendar data is not included in our anonymised research datasets.
Primacy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from the Integrations settings page. Upon disconnection, we immediately stop accessing your Google Calendar and delete all stored calendar event data and OAuth tokens. You may also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page.
You agree not to use the Dashboard to: Upload or transmit any data that is unlawful or infringes on the rights of any third party. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the Dashboard or its underlying algorithms. Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Dashboard or collect data.
All content on the Dashboard, including the design, text, graphics, logos, charts, and the "Correlation Engine" insights, are the exclusive property of PRIMACY and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The PRIMACY logo and name are trademarks of Primacy Industries.
The PRIMACY Dashboard is not a medical device. The data, insights, and information provided are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the Dashboard.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
The Dashboard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PRIMACY makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Dashboard or the accuracy of the information provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRIMACY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Dashboard.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Dashboard after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State, e.g., California], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
